This approach is geared toward turning inward and addressing the "relational tissue" of working in communities & breaks down four myths of change, and deeply ingrained beliefs that hold us back from healing and achieving change. The four pivots framework offers a path toward more impactful teaching, programs, and stronger healing-centered leadership.
